Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 394.26, that the Hendrum Economic Development Authority, in and for the City of Hendrum, will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, in the boardroom of the Professional Center, 308 Main St E, beginning at 6:15 p.m. The purpose is to hear public comments on the following proposed sale of real property owned by the Hendrum Economic Development Authority for the purpose of removing the blighted structures from the property to clear the land for future development: Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), and Ten (10), Block Sixteen (16), Original Townsite of the Village, now City of Hendrum, Norman County, Minnesota. The Authority will meet immediately after the public hearing to decide if the sale is advisable. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date either in support of or in opposition to the request.
