NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given of the intention to adopt an amendment to the Official Zoning Map of the City of Hendrum, Minnesota, Planning & Zoning (Land Use) Ordinance No. 74 to change the zoning district at 122 US Highway 75 North of the City of Hendrum, Norman County, Minnesota from Commercial to combined Commercial/Residential. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 6:30 P.M., in the boardroom of the Professional Building to consider public comments on the proposed zoning map amendment. A copy of the proposed zoning map amendment is available to view at the City of Hendrum office at 308 Main St. W., Hendrum, MN 56550 during regular office hours. Dated: September 4, 2024.
