Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Minnesota Statute, Section 394.26, that the Hendrum Economic Development Authority, in and for the City of Hendrum, will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, in the boardroom of the Hendrum Professional Building, 308 Main St E, Hendrum, MN, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The purpose is to hear public comments on the following proposed sale of real property owned by the Hendrum Economic Development Authority for the purposes of constructing a new house:
Lots Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15) and the west 12-1/2 feet of Lot Sixteen (16), Block Nine (9), of the original townsite of City of Hendrum, Norman County, Minnesota.
The Authority will meet immediately after the public hearing to decide if the sale is advisable. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date either in support of or in opposition to the request.
