An Application for Conditional Use Permit has been filed by Curt and Audre Sorenson pursuant to Section 5, Subdivision 5, Ordinance No. 74: Planning & Zoning (Land Use) to operate a used car sales lot at 130 Park Avenue West, Hendrum, Minnesota.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022, at 6:45 p.m. in the boardroom of the Professional Building located at 308 Main Street East, Hendrum, Minnesota.
