Public Hearing to Amend Planning & Zoning Ordinance
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given of the intention to adopt an amendment to Sections 3 and 9 of the City of Hendrum, Minnesota, Planning & Zoning (Land Use) Ordinance No. 74 to include definitions relating to a private use airport or heliport and to include a private airport or heliport under conditional uses in a Residential and Commercial/Industrial District. A public hearing will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023, at 7:45 P.M., in the boardroom of the Professional Building to consider public comments on the proposed ordinance amendment.
