Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Minnesota Statute, Section 469.105, that the Hendrum Economic Development Authority, in and for the City of Hendrum, will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, in the Hendrum Professional Building boardroom, 308 Main St E, Hendrum, MN, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose is to hear public testimony for or against the sale of real property and for the authority to meet to decide if the sale is advisable on the following property:
Lot 1 Block 5 – Wild Rice Add’n Platted Property – Approx 138.5 x 119, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County and State.
The terms and conditions of the sale are available for public viewing at the Hendrum City Clerk’s office. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing or submit written testimony prior to the hearing date either in support of or in opposition to the request.
